Shipping policy

• Please note that we require 24 hours in working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. 
• Customers can avail of free shipping on all orders value at Rs. 1499 or above.
• There will be standard Rs. 199 shipping charges for orders below the value of Rs. 1499. 
• Once your order is dispatched, depending on your city, the estimated delivery time is between 4 to 6 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
• Customers are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject them at the time of delivery.
• Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

After placing your order, you will receive an email/text message with your order number and an order tracking number. You can track your order 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Home Comforts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
