Received the product, it was good in quality, but I must say, not as I expected. Might be expectations were little higher, as product had bit color issues, and size was bit large, like doesn't fit on the table. It's good for High-end large size tables, I guess. Overall good experience shopping from Home Comforts.
I placed an order with them almost two years ago. Recently, when I used the set, I noticed that the color had faded slightly, so I contacted their team just to inform them about it.
Their representative handled my concern very professionally, listened to me carefully, and apologized for the inconvenience. What surprised me the most was when they asked me to select a new set and told me they would send it completely free of cost! I’m honestly very impressed!
